A. Elzine Boyce

A. Elzine Boyce, 93, a resident of Meadville since 1991 and a resident of Wesbury since 2001, died at Meadville Medical Center Thursday, September 4, 2003 after a short illness.

She was born in Grant, Iowa July 23, 1910.  She married James Boyce July 14, 1973 and he survives.

She was director of Medical Records at Lake County Memorial Hospital in Painesville, OH for many years.  She was of the Episcopal faith and she was an accomplished amateur artist having had her own art show in Athens, OH.  She also especially enjoyed fishing.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a son, William White of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; a daughter, Pat Lapham and her husband Ronald of Madison, OH, four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family in Ohio.  No local services are planned.

The family suggests memorials be made to Wesbury United Methodist Community, 31 N. Park Avenue, Meadville, PA 16335.
