Agnes J. Trace

Agnes J. Trace, 94, formerly of Meadville, then a resident of Hillside Home for two years, died Saturday, April 19, 1997 at her current residence, Wesbury United Methodist Community following a period of declining health.

She was born October 6, 1902 in Guys Mills, a daughter of the late Morris K. and Fanny Hill Byham.  She married Harold L. Trace in 1919.  He preceded her in death in 1957.

Mrs. Trace was a homemaker and liked to work with her hands, paint, cook and bake.  She had attended Park Congregational Church when it was located on Chestnut St. and Park Ave.

Survivors include one sister, Phyllis H. Wolfe of Meadville.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and Wilford Byham.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
