Alice Semerad

Alice Semerad, 79, of Meadville, died Saturday, February 23, 1991, at Meadville Medical Center following a short illness.

She was born at Coraopolis, November 19, 1911, a daughter of James and Christina Uzlik Krasa, Jr. December 31, 1932.  He survives.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include four sons, Frank, III, James, William and Robert Semerad, all of Meadville; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Dorothy) Smith of Voorhees, NJ and Mrs. Jack (Nancy) Findlay of Avon Lakes, OH; three sisters, Mar Harmon and Mrs. John (Dorothy) Cholak, both of Meadville and Mrs. Charles (Esther) Kelyman of Kansas City, MO; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Frank, John, Joe and Bill Krasa.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
