Alma G. Heil

January 14, 1901 — April 18, 1975

Mrs. Alma G. Heil, 74, of Meadville, died Friday, April 18, 1975, at Spencer Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Hadley January 14, 1901, a daughter of Joseph and Mary McCartney Corll.  She was the widow of Louis Heil who died in 1960.  She was employed at the Crawford County Courthouse and last worked for Allegheny Mutual Casualty Co.  A member of First Presbyterian Church, she also was a member and past president of Charles N. Stafford American Legion Post Aux.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John R. (Betty) Houser and Mrs. Norman N. (Donna) Yoset, both of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Chester (Marion) Harner of Ravenna, OH; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Austin Corll of Oregon.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Hadley Cemetery.
