Alton T. Loutzenhiser, 91, a resident of Rolling Fields died there, Sunday, September 29, 2019.
He was born in Greenville, PA November 11, 1927 a son of George and Helen Crawford Loutzenhiser. He married Anita J. McClelland June 1, 1949 and she survives.
He attended Espyville schools and was a veteran of World War II serving in the US Army. He worked at Greenville Steel Car and Bessemer Railroad and at various auto body shops in Meadville.
Survivors, in addition to his wife Anita of 70 years, include: a son, Jeff Loutzenhiser (Patricia) of Meadville; a daughter, Jana Murkens (Darrel) of Hendersonville, NC; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a brother, Jack Loutzenhiser (Patricia) of Meadville and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Fischer and Katherine Wilson and two brothers, Keith Loutzenhiser and David L. Loutzenhiser.
Service will be private with interment in Espyville Cemetery.
