Anah M. Crafferty

Mrs. Anah M. Crafferty, 77, of Meadville, who had been in failing health for some time, died Tuesday, October 22, 1974, at Spencer Hospital where she had been a patient for one month.  She had resided in the Meadville area for 11 years and formerly resided in Newark, NJ.

Born in Kingston, NY, December 29, 1896, she was a daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Schryver Hutton.  She was the widow of Ellsworth Crafferty who died in 1942.  Mrs. Crafferty was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Newark.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. James (Flo) Miller of Meadville; two sons, William E. Crafferty of Neward and John H. Crafferty of Lebanon, NJ; eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
