Ancinohie Oakes Warp

November 9, 1875 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Ancinohie (Ancy) Oakes Warp, 75, widow of Frank A. Warp, died at her home in Mt. Hope Thursday noon after a long period of poor health. She was the daughter of Ephaim and Sarah Allen Oakes and resided most of her life on her farm where she died. Active in community affairs at Mt. Hope, she was interested in art and painted nature scenes. She was a member of the Mt. Hope Methodist Church and Church School where she was a teacher for many years. Surviving her are a son and daughter, living in Mt. Hope, Mrs. Charles M. Fowler and Celyn F. Warp and a son and daughter living in Meadville, Mrs. Lawrence F. Kightlinger and Alston O. Warp; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Services Past Services
