Arnold F. (Casey) Jones

Arnold F. "Casey" Jones, 78, of Guys Mills, died at Spencer Hospital Sunday, evening January 14, 1973, after a short illness.  He had been hospitalized four days.

Born in Woodcock Township, April 7, 1894, he was a son of James and Saloma Gleen Jones.  He married Willa Messerall March 28, 1922.  Mr. Jones retired from Westinghouse Electric Co. in 1958 when the company left Meadville Cooperative Assn. for four years and by the former Champion-DeArment Tool Co. for 14 years.  Mr. Jones was a member of Townville United Methodist Church and the board of Trustees of the church.

Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs Gerald (Eula) Mosteller of Pheonix and Mrs. Dorothy (Melvin) Negley of Ithiaca, NY; a son, Dale of Abbington; a sister, Mrs. Ted (Irene) Mumford of Fredonia, NY; a brother, Homer J. of Elyria, OH and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
