Arnold L. Davison

Arnold L. Davison, 58, of Erie, died at Veterans Administration Hospital, Erie, Monday, July 19, 1982.  He had been in failing health.

Mr. Davison was born at Meadville, February 21, 1924, a son of Archie and Mildred McCartney Davison, Sr.

He was last employed as a security guard for Dobb'ss Security Co., Erie.  Prior to that, he had worked for ten years as a janitor at Erie Eagles Club, West 8th St., and at General Electric and Marx Toys, both of Erie, as well as Talon, Inc.

A veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict, he was a member of the American Legion Post 711 of Erie.

Survivors include a brother, Archie Davison, Jr. of Erie and several aunts, uncles and cousins in the Meadville area.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
