Arthur L. Page, Sr.

Arthur L. (Al) Page, Sr., 71, of Meadville, died suddenly Thursday, November 30, 1978, at Rockport, TX, while vacationing in the Southwest. Born in Kane, January 17, 1907, he was a son of Frank W. and Catherine E. Weber Page. He married R. Mae Eells January 25, 1936. He was employed as an engineer by Talon Division of Textron, retiring in 1972. He was a member of Talon Management Club and American Metals Society and Meadville Elks Lodge and was associated with Pine Grove United Methodist Church. A master stonemason, he spent 22 years putting sandstone on the family home on Hunter Hill Road. In addition to his wife, survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Sandra) Kramer of Meadville and Mrs. John (Kathleen Sue) Hunter of Black River, NY; two sons, Arthur L. (Pinky) Page, Jr. of Charlotte, NC and John D. (Jack) Page of Guys Mills; two sisters, Mrs. Bert (Nettie) Nuepert of Niagara Falls, NY and Mrs. Carl (Ida) Gustafson of Santa Anna, CA; eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret and a brother, John F. Page. Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery. Services Past Services
