Audrey B. Johnston

Audrey B. Johnston, 65, of 12817 Sickles Drive, Charlotte, NC and a former Meadville resident, died Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville, NC.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY April 8, 1937 a daughter of Albert and Frances Maas Bauer.  She married Edward Lee Johnston and he preceded her in death.

She worked for 20 years as a home health and child care worker.  She attended Christ the King Lutheran Church in Charlotte.

Survivors, include five children and seven grandchildren.

Local services will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Brian Moran, Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Services will also be held Sunday, January 12, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in Charlotte, NC at Christ the King Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Children’s Ministries, Christ the King Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 410521, Charlotte, NC 28241.
