Autumn Smith

Mrs. Autumn Smith, 62, of Meadville, died after a long illness Monday, March 23, 1970, at City Hospital where she had been a patient seven weeks.

She was born in Randolph Township, June 10, 1907,  a daughter of Irwin and Maude Pattison Smith.  She married Charles M. Smith May 6, 1931.

Mrs. Smith was a member of Mt. Hope United Methodist Church and its Women's Society for Christian Service.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Gerald W. (Mary Ann) Karns of Meadville and Mrs. Ernest (Esther) Tessmer of Conneaut Lake; one son, Earl W. Smith of Blooming Valley and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
