Barbara Ann Stafford, 64 of Perry Twp, Hadley, passed away on July 5, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Barbara was born in Greenville on May 8, 1956 to the late James E. and Dahlia (Nagle) Barrows. She attended Commodore Perry High School and was a homemaker for her husband and children. Barbara was known for her excellent cooking and for her love of her family. She was very talented at roller skating, competing nationally with her daughter and winning a national title. She attended the Oak Grove Church when her health would permit. Most of all she loved and adored her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Gary L. Stafford, whom she married on November 29, 1974, she is also survived by her children, Stacy Stafford of Hadley and Greg Stafford of Hadley, brother Thomas Barrows and wife Eleanor, and nephew David Barrows, all of Hadley. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Monday, July 13, at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Church, 10 Oak Grove Rd, Mercer, with the Reverend Randy Ritchey, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara’s name to the American Cancer Society by visiting www.cancer.org.
