Betty I. Jackson, 73 of North Versailles, formerly of Sandy Lake, passed away on August 18, 2020 at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh. Betty was born in Sandy Lake on April 18, 1947 to the late J. Clair and Delta (Barker) Ebbert, she was a graduate of Lakeview High School and worked as a homemaker for her family. Betty also worked for many years at Giant Eagle as a cashier and then in the health and beauty department. Betty was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #110 in Sandy Lake. She was also a longtime member of the Clarks Mills United Methodist Church. Most of she loved spending time with and taking care of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Betty is survived by her children, Brenda Lewis of Youngstown, John Eastlick and wife Krissy of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and Jimmy Jackson and wife Krissy of West Mifflin, PA, grandchildren Amber, Dan, Brittany, Christopher, and Will, great-grandchildren Dustin, Bennett, and Sage, a niece, Delta Zahniser, and her significant other, Ronald Riley of North Versailles. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Jay Ebbert. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. A Memorial Service will take place at the Clarks Mills United Methodist Church on, Saturday, September 5, at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Adam J. Stump, church pastor officiating.
