Blanche Loper

Mrs. Blanche Loper, 86, of Meadville, died at her home Saturday, October 2, 1965, after a long illness.

Born in Greenwood Township, June 1, 1879, she was a daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Rhodes Brooks.  After the death of her first husband, Michael Gardner, she married Milton Loper who also preceded her in death.

She attended First Presbyterian Church of Meadville.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Cecelia) Shafer of Beaver, Mrs. David (Gladys) Frazier of Greenville and Mrs. Russell (Ruth) Freyermuth of Albuquerque, NM; a son, Herman Klingensmith of Meadville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
