Brenda Lee Neely

Brenda Lee Neely, 44, of 355 Beech Lane, Meadville, PA 16335 died Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Hamot Medical Center Erie.

She was born in Ravenna, OH March 3, 1962 a daughter of Eugene and Dorothy Schlieg Zerby.  She married Kevin Neely, Sr. August 30, 1980 and he survives.

She was a press operator at Penn Union in Edinboro and previously had worked at Andover Industries and Warren Industries.

She was of the Protestant Faith and enjoyed reading, cooking and her grandchildren.  She was also an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include: two sons, Kevin Neely II of Meadville and Brian Neely of Meadville; a loving boyfriend William Temple of Meadville; four sisters, Debbie Kineston of Cambridge Springs, Diane Mason of West Virginia, Patty Mehl of Erie and Barbara Wise of Springboro; two brothers, Eugene Zerby Jr. of Ohio and David Zerby of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Jalisa, Kierston, Kimberlee, Jaysen, Miriah and Mia and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA.

The funeral service will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Eric Leonard, Pastor of Cambridge Springs United Methodist Church, officiating.
