Brooke Leigh Bode

Brooke Leigh Bode, 21, of Meadville, died Wednesday, December 25, 1996 in Cussewago Township as the result of a house fire.

She was born December 31, 1974 in Meadville, a daughter of William and Brenda (Barker) Bode.

Brooke was a 1993 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High.  She was currently a junior at Edinboro University.  She had worked as a waitress at Perkins Restaurant.  She enjoyed being with friends and family very much.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, include two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Bridgette) Yoder and Mrs. Keith (Brandy) Mitcham, both of Meadville; one niece, Kenniston Yoder; and also aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Rite of Christian Burial was held at St. Brigid Church.

Interment was in St. Brigid Cemetery.
