Burton J. Hollabaugh

Burton J. Hollabaugh, 81, of Meadville, died Tuesday, August 2, 1994, at home, following a period of declining health.

He was born June 25, 1913, in Moss Grove, a daughter of Guy and Ethel Harvey Hollabaugh.  He married Elizabeth I. Douglas, August 11, 1934, who died May 11, 1992.

He worked as a plate handler at Forge Works in Titusville for many years.  He also attended the First United Methodist Church of Titusville for many years.  He also attended the First United Methodist Church of Titusville.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Edward (Patricia) Thompson of Meadville; one son, Burton Hollabaugh of Marion, IN; a sister, Margaret Axtell of Inverness, FL; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandson.

Services were held with the Waid Funeral Home.
