Candice Mary (Sargent) Delp

Candice Mary Delp, 68, of Guys Mills, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at her residence.

She was born December 15, 1949 in Oil City, a daughter of Carl Sargent, Sr. and Mary Coburn Sargent.  She married Harold Delp December 31, 1992 and he preceded her in death May 13, 2009.

A homemaker, Candice enjoyed playing bingo and cards and doing puzzle books.

Survivors include two daughters, Wanda Delp of Guys Mills and Tina Grinnell (Jerry) of Venango, two sons, Conrad Delp of Guys Mills and Keith Delp of Titusville; four grandchildren, Jessica Vettorel (Nicholas) of Austin, TX, Ashley Grinnell (Hunter) of Venango, Susan Grinnell of Venango, and Jennifer Russell (Steven) of Linesville; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Carl Sargent (Joyce) of Oil City and Matthew Sargent (Linda) of Rouseville; a sister, Erma Murphy of Springfield, FL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Vennie Cornell; a granddaughter, Jennifer Turner; a brother, Fred Sargent; and two sisters, Esther Motter and Florence Phenicie.

Services are private.
