Carl B. Johnson

February 6, 1877 — November 5, 1952

Carl B. Johnson, of Meadville, was found dead shortly before moon today, lying on the pavement on Chancery Lane, near Walnut Street.

Dr. Fred F. Muckinhoupt, county coroner was called and after investigation said death was due to natural causes and that no inquest would be held.

Johnson had been employed as a clerk by the Erie Railroad.  He was a brother of the late Anthony Victor Johnson.  A daughter, Margaret is among survivors.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
