Carole I. Madison

Carole I. Madison, 78, of Meadville, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Meadville Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was born October 3, 1943 in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of Wilbur C. and Lillian Forsner Madison.

Carole was a graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown, NY and a graduate of Trinity College of Nursing, Rock Island, IL where she received her Registered Nurse’s degree.  She was employed as a registered nurse at various hospitals and nursing homes for 30 years.

Survivors include a son, Joseph Madison (Ginger) of Meadville; two granddaughters, Savannah and Ily; a brother, Peter Madison of North Carolina; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Madison and Mary Lou Madison and a sister-in-law, Emily Kathryn Madison.

Services are private.
