Caroleen J. Emig

Caroleen J. Emig, 82, of Meadville died Thursday, October 8, 2020 at her daughter’s home in Mayville, Michigan.

She was born in Meadville February 22, 1938 a daughter of William C. and Eva Marie Boyd Bradley.  She married Richard J. Emig December 27, 1955 and he preceded her in death December 1, 2014.

She was a graduate of Meadville High School and worked at Talon, Inc.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles and in her younger years, camping and fishing.

She is survived by a son, Daniel Emig of Pottstown, PA; a daughter, Cathi Jamison (Elwyn) of Mayville, MI; seven grandchildren, Kristen, Alison, Brandon, Patrick, Jessica, Jared and Jennifer; a great granddaughter, Macie; two brothers, Joseph L. Bradley (Ellie) of New Castle and William C. Bradley, Jr. of Meadville and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Emig; a brother, Patrick M. Bradley and a sister, Sandra L. Snyder.

Calling hours will be Monday, October 12th from 1-3 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville.  The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Bobin, Pastor of Littles Corners United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery.
