Charles E. Beuchat

Charles E. Beuchat, 33, formerly of Meadville, and a resident of Las Vegas, NV since 1995, died there unexpectedly Monday, December 17, 2001.

He was born in Meadville, June 24, 1968 a son of Russell C. Beuchat and the late Sandra Irwin Beuchat Miely.

He worked as a truck driver in the Las Vegas area and had worked as a truck driver for Agway Building Supplies here in Meadville.  He was a 1988 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School and was a veteran of the Persian Gulf War serving in the Marine Corps from 1988 – 1995.  He enjoyed fishing and softball.

Survivors, include a son, Christian J. Beuchat of Anaheim, CA; a daughter, Sydni M. Beuchat of Las Vegas, NV; his father and step-mother, Russell C. and Shirley J. Beuchat of Meadville; a sister, Rhonnda Giovino and her husband Bill of Annville, PA; a brother, Craig Beuchat and his wife Jenny of Guys Mills; two step-brothers, Shawn Hollabaugh and his wife Lori of Guys Mills and Stephen Hollabaugh and his wife Susie of Guys Mills; maternal step-grandparents, William and Dorothy McGranahan of Greenville and several aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.  The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Fred Monk, Pastor of Kennard United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
