Charles N. Miller

Charles N. Miller, 88, of Meadville, died Thursday, June 13, 1963, at San Rosario Convalescent Hospital, Cambridge Springs, after a long illness.

He was born in Meadville, July 2, 1874, a son of Peter and Lena Rice Miller.  He was engaged in the shoe business most of his life, first with his father and later with other local shoe establishments.  He was a member of First Baptist Church, Taylor Hose Co. and was a charter member of Meadville Kiwanis Club.

Surviving are his widow, the former Myrtle Englehausen and a brother, Henry G. Miller of Santa Monica, CA.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Saegertown Cemetery.
