Charles T. Dodds

Charles T. Dodds, 90, of Meadville, died at United Methodist Home, Monday, December 24, 1973.  He and his wife had resided at the home since 1969.

Born at Homestead, July 18, 1883, he was a son of Thomas B. and Mary Capp Dodds.  He married Lida Victor, October 16, 1913, He retired as an employee of Talon Division of Textron in 1956.  A member of Steuben Grange, he also was a member of Odd Fellows Lodge of Townville and Knights of Pythias of East Palestine, OH.

Survivors, in addition to his widow, include two sons, John T. Dodds and Charles H. Dodds, both of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Rebecca Veon of East Palestine; a brother, Thomas B. Dobbs of Columbiana, OH; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Kingsley Cemetery.
