Charlotte Catherine Roxberry

Charlotte Catherine “Charley” Roxberry, 20, of Meadville, died Sunday, June 28, 2015.

She was born in Meadville September 21, 1994 a daughter of Karen Maynard Roxberry.  She was a 2013 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School and just completed her second year at Penn College of Technology where she was studying plastics engineering.

She worked part-time during the summer and over school breaks at Dunham Sports.  She was an avid cat lover, enjoyed soccer, taking walks and spending time with her family.  She was also very active in the LGBT community.

She is survived by her mother, Karen Roxberry of Meadville; two sisters, Patricia Roxberry and Megan Roxberry both of Meadville; her maternal grandmother, Catherine Maynard of Meadville; a niece, Mackynzee Roxberry of Meadville; an uncle Mark Maynard of Meadville; her God Parents, Tim and Andrea Hulse of Mt. Airy, MD and several cousins, great aunts and great uncles.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Charles Edward Maynard and an uncle, Anthony Maynard.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville.

The funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Sam Marchetta, Chaplain of Wesbury United Methodist Community and Rev. Philip Torre, officiating.
