Christopher C. Parker, Jr.

Christopher C. Parker, Jr., 19, of Conneaut Lake, died Thursday, May 26, 2005.

He was born in Erie, April 22, 1986 the son of Christopher C. Parker and Terri Frizzell Parker.

He attended our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, Conneaut Lake and was employed by Peacock Printing of Meadville.

He was a 2004 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and attended the 2004 fall class at Edinboro University.  While in high school, Chris was active in sports.  He played baseball and was the captain of the football team during his senior year and also received the Coaches Award that season.  During his wrestling, he was a state qualifier for both wrestling and free style wrestling.

He was a member of Chilson's slow pitch softball team that played with the Conneaut CO-ED Business League.   He also enjoyed hunting and fishing and his many friends.

He is survived by his mother, Terri Mattera of Somerset, PA; his father, Christopher Parker (Amanda) of Conneaut Lake; his brother, Zachary Parker of Conneaut Lake; maternal grandparents, Ruth and James Frizzell of Meadville and his paternal grandparents, Harold and Lucille Parker of Conneaut Lake; two aunts, two uncles and nine cousins.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.
