Claire Williams Bly

Mrs. Claire Williams Bly, 49, of Chicago, died Tuesday, September 22, 1964, at Frank Cuneo Memorial Hospital, Chicago, following a long illness.

She was a registered nurse and was employed at the hospital.

Mrs. Bly was born in Guys Mills March 22, 1915, a daughter of John L. and Emma Maloney Williams.  She lived in Chicago for 27 years.

She was a graduate from Meadville High School in 1933 and Meadville City Hospital School of Nursing in 1936.

Surviving are a son, Donald Bly, a student of the University of Illinois; a sister, Mrs. Ivan A. (Frances) Virtue of Guys Mills; and two brothers, John J. Williams of Meadville and Elwood Williams of Monroe, NC.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
