Constance 'Connie' Josephine Learn

Constance "Connie" Josephine Learn, 91, of Meadville died Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Wesbury United Methodist Community. She was born in Meadville January 20, 1928 a daughter of Ignatius Joseph and Uda M. Brescione Maggio. She married David B. Learn II August 30, 1958 and he preceded her in death November 1, 1985. She was a 1946 graduate of Meadville High School and was a member of First Christian Church. She worked as a Crossing Guard, at the former Arch Street Furniture and Dads Dog Food. She was always very generous to all and enjoyed playing bingo and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Patty Leech; two sons, D. Blair Learn III and Joseph Stainbrook; four daughters-in-law, Kathy Stainbrook, Susan Learn, Amy Learn and Tina Taylor; a son-in-law, Daniel Leech; a sister, Rose Ritter; a brother, Andy Maggio all of Meadville; sixteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her good friends, Esther Pruskowski, Gay Hilton, Maxine Holtzer and George Inserra. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Marie Stainbrook; a son, R. Brian Learn; a grandson, Tyler, D. Learn; a brother, Joseph Maggio and her dear friend, Laura Simonette Richmond. The graveside service will be Thursday, August 22nd at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Brigid Cemetery, 11180 Williamson Road, Meadville. The arrangements are under the direction of the Robert W.
