Cordelia Nelson Bell

Mrs. Cordelia Nelson Bell, 88, widow of William C. Bell, died Saturday morning at Meadville City Hospital, where she had been a patient since she fractured her hip in a fall at her home a week ago.

A resident of the Meadville area for about 25 years, she had spent her early life in the Cochranton area.  She was a lifelong member of Cochranton United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. A. E. Auxier of Pikeville, KY, Mrs. Alfred Johnston of Meadville and Mrs. D. A. Dunn of Van, PA; a son, Robert F. Bell of Hyattsville, MD; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
