Cyril A. Aaron

October 1, 1906 — February 8, 1967

Cyril A. Aaron, 60, of RD 2, Guys Mills, died at City Hospital Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1967, after an illness of several months.

He retired as a career man with the US Army in 1948.  Since then he had been active in community affairs at Guys Mills.

Mr. Aaron was born at Strattonville, Clarion County, October 1, 1906, a son of James and Mary Reinsel Aaron.  On April 15, 1947, he married the former Norma Bogradus.

Surviving in addition to his widow, are five sisters, Misses Louise, Loretta and Margaret Aaron, all of Strattonville, Mrs. Norman (Rena) Klob of East St. Louis, Il., and a twin sister, Mrs. Hugh (Mary) Tillitson of Brookville; and a brother, Louis A. Aaron of Clarion.

One sister and brother preceded him in death.

Friends may call today and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Waid Funeral Home where services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Jay Metzler of United Church of Guys Mills officiating.

Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Townville.
