Dale Joseph Walker, 93, of Worth Township, Stoneboro, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2019 at UPMC Passavant after an illness. Dale was born in Valley Ridge, West Virginia on October 27, 1926. On August 11, 1951 Dale married his beloved wife, Delores Parys, and she survives at home. Dale worked as a truck driver and a mechanic for the majority of his life. He enjoyed working on, and talking, about cars up until the day he died. He loved traveling and spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids. He was always willing to help out regardless of his situation. He will be remembered for his laugh, joking nature and his love of dogs. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. In addition to his wife, Dale is survived by his daughter and her husband, Delores and Joseph Becki, of Stoneboro, and his daughter, Dawn; his grandsons, Christopher Becki, Justin (Megan) Becki, and Dale Walker; his granddaughters, Samantha (Eric) Condrin, Corina Williams and several other grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Wayne (Billy) Walker, Donald (Beverly) Walker, Shirley (Derwood) Carson, and Dorothy (Wayne) Griffith. In addition to his parents, Esner and Beulah Walker, he was preceded in death by his son, Dale (Karen) Walker, Jr., and his siblings, Robert (Mildred) Walker, and Margaret (Parker) Large. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home, 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro, PA 16153, where family and friends are welcome on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM for a Memorial Service.
