David Howard Fitzsimmons

David Howard Fitzsimmons, 49, of Meadville, died Tuesday, September 17, 1996 at Meadville Medical Center following a period of failing health.

He was born October 3, 1946 in Meadville, a son of Howard and Evangeline Hunter Fitzsimmons.

He was a member of First Baptist Church.  He served in the US Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Survivors include his parents of Meadville; one sister, Mrs. Wayne (Carol) Gracey of Chugiak, AK; two brothers, Dale A. Fitzsimmons and Duane E. Fitzsimmons, Sr., both of Meadville; his maternal grandmother, Anna Hunter of Meadville; one niece and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Fitzsimmons.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment of cremated remains was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
