Devin E. Wentworth, 42, of Meadville died Sunday, February 5, 2006.
He was born in Meadville June 24, 1963 a son of Ronald J. and Sandra L. Steele Wentworth.
He was a 1982 graduate of Saegertown High School and the Industrial Electric program at the Crawford County Vocational-Technical School.
He worked at US Bronze and previously worked for Pepsi Bottling in Erie, Dads Co, Inc. in Meadville and Autoforge in Harmonsburg.
He enjoyed motorcycles, sports cars, following NASCAR racing and following his niece and nephew’s sporting events.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, Ronald and Sandra Wentworth of Meadville, include: one sister, Debra K. Custard and her children, Kyle and Kayelee of Meadville; one half brother, Ronald L. Wentworth and his wife Terri and their children, Ryan and Ashley of Cochranton; three aunts, Linda Welsh, Carol Steele and Sidney Knapp and her husband David all of Meadville; three uncles, William Wentworth, Robert Wentworth and his wife Karen and Edward Wentworth and his wife Pat all of Ohio and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Kenneth E. and Frances Britton Steele; paternal grandmother, Mildred Steen Wentworth and an infant sister, Terri Wentworth.
Private family services will be held at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville with the Rev. Aaron Kerr, Pastor of Stone United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
