DeWayne “Butch” Redinger, Sr, 64 of Jackson Center, passed away on September 21, 2019 at UPMC Hamot. Butch was born on June 12, 1955 in Pittsburgh. He worked in the Trucking Industry as a foreman, mechanic, and driver. Butch was an outgoing and personable man and never met a stranger. He enjoyed racing and golfing and had a love for classic cars. He was a member of the Mercer and Fredonia American Legions and was also a member of the Mercer VFW. He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends and enjoying a cold beer. He especially loved his grandchildren and spending time with them. Butch married his beloved wife, Vonda M. Graham on August 18, 2005, she survives at home. In addition to his wife, Butch is survived by his children, Jamey Redinger of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Natasha Dempsey of Jamestown, OH, DeWayne Redinger Jr. of Transfer, Jamie Gordon and husband Matthew of Franklin, and Cory Ruditis and wife Allison of Oil City, Grandchildren Keeshaun and Noah Dempsey, Jocelyn, Reiley and Braden Gordon, Carter and Owen Ruditis, DeWayne Redinger III and Colton Lee McEwen, as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. Butch was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Mae Martin. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. Services will be private.
