Donald P. Lingo

Donald P. Lingo, 52, formerly of Guys Mills, died Monday, April 27, 1998 at Veteran's Administration Hospital of Erie following a period of declining health.

He was born September 13, 1945 in Meadville, a son of the late Jack H. and Florence R. Hoyt Lingo.

Mr. Lingo attended Randolph High School and then served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.  He was a house painter in Austin, TX and previously worked at Channellock for several years.

He was affiliated with the United Evangelical Free Church of Guys Mills.

Survivors include two brothers, C. Jack Lingo (Helene) of Meadville and William P. Lingo of Collegeville; one niece, two nephews, three aunts and several cousins.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Wayland Cemetery.
