Donald R. Burdick

Donald R. Burdick, 61, of Meadville, died at City Hospital Friday evening, April 26, 1974, after a sudden illness.

He was born in Union City on May 13, 1912, a son of Fred and Eunice Anderson Burdick.  He married Elaine Fisk in June 1943.  Mr. Burdick retired in December 1973 from Talon Division of Textron, Inc., where he was employed for 35 years.  He retired as a foreman in the pilot lab.

Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Mrs. David (Kay) Dibbell of San Antonio, TX; two sons, James R. of San Jose, CA and John E. of Omaha, Neb.; a sister, Mrs. Edward (Pyrrha) Tabor of Camp Hill; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
