Donna J. Magargee

January 22, 1944 — November 3, 2024

Donna J. Magargee, 80, of Jackson Center, PA, passed away surrounded by family on November 3, 2024. Donna was born to Tom and Emma Polick on January 22, 1944.

Donna married the love of her life, Gary, on September 25, 1965.

Donna shared in worship with her family at Vincent New Beginnings Church in Jackson Center. She was a very simple woman, but she found joy in the simplest of things in life. Crocheting was one of her biggest hobbies, making beautiful pieces of work with her hands, but she would usually be doing this while watching a soap opera or her favorite WWE superstars duking it out. Donna loved spending time with her family, whether it was camping at Shenango or just having a get-together. She always had a smile on her face when it came to being able to spend time with her grandkids and great grandkids.

Donna is survived by her husband, Gary, and their children Shelly (Donald) Buchanan and Brian (Tracy) Magargee. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Donald “Bucky” Buchanan Jr., Breanna Buchanan, Samuel (Danielle) Magargee, and Cody (Nicole) Magargee, and her great-grandchildren Finnley and Rory to cherish her memory. Donna is also survived by two sisters Barb (Charlie) Moore and Linda Carothers as well as many nieces and nephews.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Bonnie, and a brother, Dave Polick.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 99 Franklin St. Stoneboro, PA 16153. Services will be private.
