Doris Klinginsmith Lehman

Doris K. Lehman, 92, a resident of Wesbury United Methodist Community, died there, Thursday, October 28, 1999 following a period of declining health.

She was born in Greenwood Township, Crawford Co., June 8, 1907, a daughter of Wilson and Zilphia Calvin Klinginsmith.  She married Arthur L. Lehman August 23, 1938 and he preceded her in death September 4, 1998.

She was a graduate of Indiana State Teacher College and retired in 1967 as an elementary school teacher in the Meadville public schools after 35 years of service.  She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, Meadville Medical Center, Aux., Meadville Women's Club and ROTA Literary Club.

Survivors, include five cousins, Wayne Klinginsmith, Karl Klinginsmith, Norman Klinginsmith, Lloyd Klinginsmith, Dorthy Flynn, John Klinginsmith and Ida Seiple.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Klinginsmith.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
