Dorothy E. Stone

Mrs. Dorothy E. Stone, 43, of Saegertown, died Wednesday morning, October 22, 1969, at Spencer Hospital after an illness of a year.  She was hospitalized six weeks.

Mrs. Stone was born in Meadville, December 11, 1925, a daughter of Clinton R. and Cora Brandon Morris.  She married Mr. Stone August 24, 1956.  For 15 years, she had been employed by Meadville Forging Co. as an inspector.  She attended Saegertown United Methodist Church.

Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Pfc. Carl L. Stone, attached to an Army security unit at Ft. Dix., NJ; a sister, Mrs. S. R. (Marion) Toppo of Long Beach, CA and three brothers, Wayne Morris of Waterford, Gerald Morris of Meadville and Merle Morris of Girard, OH.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Brookhouser Cemetery, Hayfield Township.
