Dorothy M. Teubert

Dorothy M. Teubert, 65, of Cochranton, died Wednesday, June 7, 1995 at home following an 18 month illness.

She was born in Philadelphia, December 24, 1929, a daughter of Lester and Gurnsey Jones Auch.  She was raised however by her mother and step-father, Clarence Jones.  She married Richard L. Teubert August 15, 1953.  He survives.

She was a field manager with Welcome Wagon International for over 20 years.  She had first worked for the PA Gas Co. in Erie.

She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church and was the treasurer of the United Methodist Women.  She was also a Girl Scout leader and a former member of Cascade United Methodist Church in Erie.  She was a graduate of Academy High School, Erie.

Survivors, in addition to her husband include, her mother, Gurnsey Jones of Erie; two sisters, Irma Moore of Jacksonville, NC and Mildred Snyder of Uniontown, OH and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Erie Cemetery.
