Dorothy Mae Tenney

July 2, 1919 — January 1, 1753

Dorothy Mae Tenney, 20, died early Wednesday morning at Spencer Hospital, where she underwent an operation for appendicitis 10 days ago.

She as the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer C. Tenney of Meadville, and was a member of the First Baptist Church and Sunday School, having been a teacher in the latter organization.

She was a graduate of Meadville High School, class 1937, and for the past year had been an employee of the American Viscose Corp.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Lewis and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
