Earl Vandusen

Earl VanDusen, 74, of Conneaut Lake, died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the Golden Living Center, Meadville.

He was born July 31, 1934 in Linesville a son of Alfred and Georgia Marie Hager VanDusen.  He married Geraldean (Gerri) Holler August 28, 1995 and she survives.

He worked at Andover Industries, Avtex Inc., The Days Inn and Hillside Home.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and sports, especially the Cleveland Indians and the Washington Redskins.

Survivors, in addition to his wife Gerri, include: a sister, Gladys Denham of Linesville; three step-daughters, Melissa Keene of Linesville, Janet Haring of Arizona and Sandy Keene of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 1-3 p.m. at the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, Inc., 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake.  The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Sam Marchetta, Chaplain of Heartland Hospice, officiating.
