Earl W. Miller

Earl W. Miller, 65 of Sandy Lake, passed away on June 1, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. Earl was born in Grove City on January 14, 1956 to the late Joseph and Louise (Stitt) Miller. He worked construction for many years at Thomas Construction in Grove City. Earl enjoyed spending time with his family and sitting around a campfire in the summer with them. He enjoyed being outdoors and brush hogging his family farm in Grove City. A trip he was very thankful he got to experience with his wife was his 2016 trip to Alaska. He also enjoyed spending time with his beloved dog, Teagan. Earl married his beloved wife, Penny Woods-Miller on September 18, 2010, she survives at home. In addition to his wife, Earl is survived by his daughters, Lou Ann Honacki and fiancé Doug Eichhorn of Damascus, MD, Melissa Court and fiancée Jareb Lewis of Jackson Center, step-sons Tim Hicks and wife Lisa of Sandy Lake, and Mike Hicks of Sandy Lake, grandchildren, Henry and Ethan Honacki, Braiden Court, Madison Miller, Gary Schell III, and Gavin Schell, step-grandchildren Katelynn Connors and husband Bob, and Savannah Hicks, step great-grandchildren Madelynn, Scarlett, and Annabelle, siblings Pauline Wick and husband Don, Linda Holmes and husband Paul, Larry Miller and wife Annie, Sarah Roxberry and husband Gary, and Glenn Miller and companion Vicky, sisters-in-law Karen Flinchbaugh, Cindy Woods-Harry and husband Rick, and Tammy Grau and husband and special friend of Earl’s, Dave, good friend Jackie Burns, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. of SANDY LAKE, 3236 S. Main Street, where family and friends are welcome for a memorial service at 7 pm on Monday, June 7, with Pastor Marsha Parrish, officiating.
