Edward M. Waltenbaugh, 89, of Meadville, died at City Hospital Thursday, January 4, 1962, after a long illness.
Born at Pittsburgh, September 22, 1872, a son of John T. and Elizabeth Miller Waltenbaugh, he spent most of his younger life at Tarentum. He and the former Zeffie Moore were married at Marion, IN, February 5, 1901.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and of its Men's Bible Class and a member of Gas City, IN, Masonic Lodge 645.
Mr. Waltenbaugh's supervisors, in addition to his widow, are two sons, Loyd E. of Brackenridge and Charles M. of Meadville; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Goldinger of Renfrew and Mrs. Ida Morris of Tarentum; a brother, Arthur W. of Mt. Lebanon; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
