Elizabeth Kremis

November 7, 1874 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Elizabeth Kremis, widow of Harry E. Kremis and a former Meadville resident, died Saturday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Leon Doubet of Niles, OH.

A native of Meadville, she was born November 7, 1874, a daughter of the late Noah and Adelaide Locke Baldwin, and resided most of her life in the city.

Her husband, an Erie Railroad conductor, and she lived many years at Pine St.  She had resided at Niles since September of 1954.  Her husband died in 1941.

She was a member of Stone Methodist Church, Beacon of Light Class of the church's Sunday School and the auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Besides the daughter, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
