Emma C. Tenney

December 7, 1848 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Emma C. Tenney, died early Tuesday at her home in Randolph Township, after an illness of several months.

She had been a resident of the Mt. Hope community for all of the 88 years of her life, and was a member of the Mt. Hope M. E. Church.

She is survived by the following grandchildren, Miss Emma Tenney of Meadville, Mrs. Lottie Henry, Earl and Elmer Tenney, of Meadville, Mrs. John Spener and Mrs. Dora Wagner of Erie, Edward, Willard and Harley Tenney, of Franklin; also by twenty great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
