Erval A. Adsit

Erval A. Adsit, 75, of 31 North Park Ave., Meadville (formerly of 753 Whittier Ave.), died Monday, December 26, 1994 at Wesbury United Methodist Community, following a brief illness.  She had been a resident of Wesbury since December of 1992.

She was born September 15, 1919, in Geneva, PA, a daughter of the late Wallace and Mae (Adist) Adsit.

She worked for Westinghouse here in Meadville for a few years and then as an office clerk for Gustafson Optical in Erie.  She was a graduate of East Fallowfield High School and Phelps Beauty School of Pittsburgh.

Survivors include:  three sisters, Mrs. Stanley (Lois) Hazen of Lower Burrell, PA, Mrs. Mark (Josephine) Myers of Geneva, and Mrs. Robert (Nancy) Larko of Meadville; one brother, Walton (Abe) Adsit of Conneaut Lake; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Ellen Adsit.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 29, 1994 at 2 PM at Braun Chapel at Grace Nursing Center of Wesbury with Rev. Gerald Murphy, chaplain, officiating.

Burial will be in Geneva Cemetery.
