Esther L. Moyer

Esther L. Moyer, 62, of Meadville, died Thursday, April 23, 1987, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, following an illness of three months.

She was born in Meadville, August 20, 1924, a daughter of Raymond and Stella Daniels Miller.

Mrs. Moyer was briefly employed by Crawford County Motor Club and was employed for the past 41 years by Talon, Inc. where she last worked as an inspector.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, K. J. U. Sunday School Class and was a volunteer for the Penn Lakes Girl Scout Council for many years.

Survivors include her stepmother, Mrs. Helen Miller of Meadville; a brother, Wilford E. Miller of Guys Mills; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Merideth Miller.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Lyon's Valley Cemetery.
