Eugene Demaison

June 27, 1875 — January 1, 1753

Eugene DeMaison, 71, well known in the Frenchtown community, died at noon Wednesday at Spencer Hospital.  He was taken ill at his home shortly after returning from midnight Mass at St. Hippolyte's R. C. Church, Frenchtown of which he was a member.

Surviving are his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Treva Bresee of San Jose, CA and Mrs. Joseph G. Miller of Frenchtown; two granddaughters; and five sisters, Mrs. Edward Rush of Guys Mills, Mrs. Emma Echnoz and Mrs. Grace Clark, both of Meadville; Mrs. Timothy Hynes of Oil City and Mrs. Edward Gebhart of Conneaut, OH; and a brother, Louis DeMaison of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
